Gloucestershire Police are still investigating a serious injury road traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday 30 September 2015 on Baneberry Road, Matson, Gloucester. The collision occurred at about 4.40pm between a black Jaguar estate car and an 83 year old female pedestrian. Both driver and pedestrian are local to the area. The pedestrian is still receiving treatment in hospital. Her condition is stable but her injuries are described as life changing.

It is believed that the lady was crossing the road near to the junction with Norbury Avenue. We are appealing to anyone who may have seen this lady in the area at this time to get in touch. It was very busy in the area at that time of day with vehicles and pedestrians. Did you see the lady crossing the road? Did you see the collision?
