In the early hours of Friday December 21, 2012, a taxi picked up a man at the rank in Cheltenham town centre. The passenger asked to be taken to the Cross Hands in Brockworth. However, during the journey there was a disagreement between the driver and the passenger and at approximately 3am the driver pulled his vehicle over on the Shurdington Road. The passenger then damaged the CCTV camera from the front of the cab and left the vehicle without paying

On the morning of Saturday January 5 a man entered a shop on Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park in Tewkesbury and removed a motorcycle oil filter from its packaging. He then left the shop without attempting to pay.

Between 7pm and 7.30pm on Friday December 7 and again between 7pm and 7.30pm on Saturday December 8, 2012 two men have entered a DIY shop in Dudbridge Road in Stroud. On both occasions, they have stolen 6 power drills valued at around £100 each.

A wallet was stolen from a man as he stood in a queue outside Liquid Nightclub on Thursday December 27, 2012. The wallet was taken from the man at around 1.15am, the offender made off down Eastgate Street towards the Cross. The wallet was one from White Stuff and contained around £15 in cash, various cards and a driving licence.

At around 3.40pm on Friday October 26, 2012 a man has gone into a shop in Slad Road, Stroud and taken a bottle of wine and a bottle of beer. He has left the shop without paying for them.

On Thursday December 6, 2012 at around 1pm 6 jars of coffee were stolen from a shop in Hesters Way Road in Cheltenham. The offender has walked into the store, taken the jars of coffee and left without paying for them.

Police want to speak to the person in this image after a purse was stolen. At 11.30am on Saturday January 12, 2013 an elderly woman used the kiosk near to the front entrance of a supermarket on Bruton Way in Gloucester, during which she has had her purse stolen which contained a large amount of cash and her pension book.

At around 6.30pm on Tuesday August 7, three men went into a supermarket in Sheep Street, Cirencester. It is believed they took numerous bottles of champagne and spirits from the shelves - worth a total of more than £400 - and left the store with them without paying.

On the evening of Wednesday August 15 a couple pulled into a petrol station in Cricklade Road, Cirencester, in an Audi car. The man got out of the vehicle and filled up with £50 worth of fuel. The woman went into the shop, however did not pay for the fuel and they then both left.

At around 8pm on Monday December 17 a man took eight women’s quilted barber style coats from a shop at the Gallagher Retail Park. He has walked out of the store with the coats, staff chased after him and he has dropped all the coats into a nearby bush, the coats worth around £400 were all recovered. The man ran off and has not been found.

Between 1.20pm and 1.30pm on Saturday September 1, a man left his bike secured at the bike rack in Eastgate Street, Gloucester. He returned to find it missing, with only the bike lock (intact) left at the location.
Crime number 21163/12
On the evening of Friday August 17 a man went into a shop in Rosebery Road, Dursley, and asked the shop assistant for some change. He had £200 in notes and asked for it to be changed, firstly into £10 notes, then into 10 pence pieces. On two occasions the assistant went to a store room to check the change levels in the safe, but eventually said she could not help him. He then got angry and asked for his money back, and in the confusion he managed to take an extra £60 from the assistant. This is being treated as fraud.

A bike was stolen from a bike rack in Northgate Street, Gloucester, between 3 and 5pm on Saturday August 25.

At around 11.50am on Friday August 17 a ring was stolen from a cabinet within an antiques centre at Gloucester Quays. CCTV shows two white men enter the antiques centre and, while one distracted a staff member, the other removed a ring from the display cabinet before both left the store.

On Saturday August 25 a man approached a 79-year-old woman in the car park of a supermarket in Bishops Cleeve and asked her for directions. He distracted her from her car, and she left her handbag on the passenger seat. A woman is believed to have taken credit cards from the bag, which were then used in a number of shops around Cheltenham and Gloucester to buy goods worth several thousand pounds. This crime is being investigated in connection with a number of other similar crimes elsewhere in the county.

On the afternoon of Saturday September 1, two men went into a supermarket in Stow on the Wold. They selected a number of items, worth over £300, which they put in their trolley. They then left the store with the trolley without paying. They abandoned the goods when spotted by security staff.

At around 3pm on Wednesday September 12 three women went into a shop in Cheltenham Promenade. One of the women was carrying a large plastic bag, which it is suspected the women concealed three handbags worth over £500 in, before leaving the store separately with one of them taking the handbags.

Shortly before 3pm on Saturday July 28 two men went into a wine merchants in Oak Street, Lechlade. One of the men distracted staff, while the other went upstairs into an office area. He was seen on CCTV searching through a handbag, at which point the staff became suspicious and went to confront him. He was then asked to leave, and went out empty handed.

At around 3.45pm on Monday June 11 a young man went into a business on the Stroudwater Business Park, in Stonehouse, and asked to use the toilet. He was allowed to do so, but a member of staff then noticed he was attempting to steal a mini moto. They asked him to leave and he left empty handed.

At approximately 2.30pm on Tuesday August 14 a man went into a shop in Long Street, Wotton under Edge. It is believed that he concealed bottles of alcohol in a rucksack, before leaving the shop without paying.

At around 1.30pm on Thursday August 2 a man went into a shop in the High Street, Moreton in Marsh. It is suspected that he concealed two bottles of champagne under his coat, before leaving the shop without paying.

This man is suspected of filling his car with £95 worth of petrol at a filling station in Barnwood Road, Gloucester, on the morning of Sunday June 24 and then leaving without paying. The car he was driving was bearing false number plates.

During the afternoon of Saturday September 1 several people went into a supermarket in St Ann Way, Gloucester. Between them they placed 30 bottles of champagne in a trolley, which they then left the store with, without paying. One man was detained by security outside the shop, and the champagne was recovered, however a man and woman managed to escape.

In the early hours of Thursday September 6 a car was broken into in Painswick Road, Gloucester, and a number of items, including a sat nav and sunglasses, were stolen.

At around 10.30am on Friday July 27 a 78-year-old woman used a chip and pin machine in a supermarket in Northgate Street, Gloucester. She forgot to remove her card, and when she returned a short time later it had been stolen. The card was subsequently used to withdraw £900 from the woman's account. These two women were captured on CCTV in the store at the time of the offence.

Just after 3pm on Friday January 6 a couple went into a shop in Merrywalks, Stroud. They are suspected of having concealed three Panasonic home telephones about their person, before leaving the store without paying for them.

On Wednesday May 23, two women went into a shop in Silver Street, Cirencester. It is suspected that they took children's clothing and jewellery, which they concealed beneath their skirts, before leaving te shop without paying.

At around 4pm on Wednesday August 15 a man went into a supermarket in Sheep Street, Cirencester, and concealed some meat within his jacket. It's then believed that he left the shop without paying for the items. He was a very tall man, around six foot four inches, and was wearing a distinctive Hollister hooded jacket, an image of which is shown here.

At around 2.45pm on Tuesday May 22, a young man went into a shop in Long Street, Tetbury. It is suspected that he took a variety of items from the shelves, before concealing them inside his jacket and leaving the shop.

At around 8.30am on Tuesday July 10 a man was shopping in a supermarket in Bristol Road ,Quedgeley, Gloucester. His wallet fell out of his trouser pocket and on to the floor near the tills. A woman who was shopping with some children is believed to have pointed at the wallet, directing a child to pick it up, before they left the store.

At approximately 2.45pm on Friday August 3 a handbag was stolen from within Gloucester Cathedral, in College Green, Gloucester. The handbag contained various items, including a purse and mobile phone. A man was caught on CCTV acting suspiciously in the building and is suspected of stealing it.

Just after 3pm on Thursday June 14 two women entered a shop in Long Street, Tetbury, and acted suspiciously. After they left, staff checked CCTV footage and established that the women appeared to have secreted toiletries about their person before leaving the shop without paying for them.

On the evening of Monday August 6 these two men went into a homewares shop at Centrum Park, Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham. It is then suspected that they stole bedding from the shopping before making off.

At around 11.30am on Friday July 13 a woman went into a bank in Westgate St, Gloucester. She put her phone down on a seat and got up to use a cash machine. The woman in the red and white striped top is suspected of concealing the phone about her person, before leaving the bank with it.

At around 3pm on Thursday August 16 a man walked into a shop in the Merrywalks Shopping Centre, in Stroud, and took a ball bearing gun from a display area. He then left the store without paying for it.

On Friday August 3 two women went into a clothes shop in Cheltenham High Street, and one of the women was pushing a young child in a pushchair. It is suspected they concealed a number of items in the pushchair, then left the shop without paying.

On Thursday July 5 a man went into the petrol station at a supermarket in Caernarvon Road, Cheltenham, and filled a petrol can up with fuel. He waited in a queue to pay, however then left without ever reaching the counter and paying.

On Monday April 2 a man went into a bank in Cheltenham High Street and withdrew £870 using a debit card, which it is alleged did not belong to him. This is being treated as fraud.

On the morning of Tuesday July 10 this year, a man is suspected of stealing a purse from the handbag of a woman, while she was shopping in a supermarket in Sheep Street, Cirencester.

Just after 5pm on Monday June 4 a 16-year-old Gloucester girl was assaulted by a stranger at the taxi rank, in Station Road, Gloucester. The woman is reported to have punched the girl, then thrown her mobile phone on the floor, cracking the screen.

Shortly after 2pm on Saturday June 23 two men entered a supermarket, in St Ann's Way, Gloucester and allegedly took 10 bottles of spirits without paying for them.

On the afternoon of Tuesday July 3 two men went into a DIY store in Woodrow Way, Gloucester. One of the men is suspected of stealing a power tool, while the other is believed to have acted as a look out.

On Saturday January 7 this year four people - three men and a woman - went into a mobile phone shop in the Merrywalks shopping centre, in Stroud. One of the men in the group is believed to have distracted a shop assistant, while the other three are suspected to have conspired to steal five iphones from an office.

At around 4pm on Monday June 18 offenders entered an office on the Severnside Trading Estate, in Sudmeadow Road, Gloucester and stole an Ipad and an iphone.

Between June 21 and 22 a man from Brockworth had his two bank cards and his driving licence stolen by unknown means. Fraudulent transactions were then conducted by a man at the Stroud branch of Lloyds bank on June 22.

CCTV of a man and a woman who walked into the Co-op in Cashes Green, Stroud, at around 4pm on Tuesday June 19. They walked to the wine and spirits display. They are believed to have then concealed at least four bottles of vodka in a bag before leaving the store without paying.

CCTV of a man who entered the Co-op in Long Street, Wotton-under-Edge, at around 1.25pm on Wednesday April 18. He is believed to have picked up four packets of premium sirloin steak and a bottle of vodka then leave the store without paying.

A woman suspected of assaulting a bus driver at approximately 7.45pm on Saturday March 17. She was refused travel on the Stagecoach 'D' bus, which was parked on Shelburne Road, in Cheltenham, and reached under the security guard to assault the driver.

CCTV of a man police want to speak to in connection with the theft of £30 that was dispensed at a self service till at Asda in Bruton Way, Gloucester, on the afternoon of Sunday June 3. A woman in front of the man requested the amount as cashback but forgot to take it before it is alleged the man behind her walked up and pocketed it.

A CCTV image of a man police want to speak to in connection with an incident in Newent, on Thursday June 14. The man is suspected of trying to pressurise a woman into paying £80 to clean her fascia boards. The man gave the woman a business card that stated he was from ‘Alpine Tree Services’. The resident would not agree to any work and eventually the man left, getting into a white van that was parked nearby.

CCTV of a man police want to speak to in connection with the theft of a pair of Skull Candy headphones from Maplin, in Eastern Avenue, Gloucester, at around 5pm on Monday June 11.

At around 9pm on Wednesday May 23 a woman was in her home in Matson Avenue, Gloucester, when she saw a man with three children outside her house by her driveway. She went outside to ask him what he was doing and an argument took place. The man then spat in the woman's face before making off.
