A man was stabbed in the arm in Gloucester over the weekend.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened between 6.30pm and 7.15pm on Sunday April 29.
The 21-year-old victim was called on at his home in Millbrook Street by three men who were known to him. He fled the address when one of the men punched him but as he ran into Widden Street the same man caught up with him and stabbed him in the arm.
He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and is due to undergo surgery on the wound.
The first offender is described as black and in his 30s. He had short black hair with grey specks in it and was wearing a multi-coloured bandana with a cap over the top and a green jacket with two pockets on the front.
The second offender is described as black and wearing a silver jacket.
The third offender is described as black and wearing a grey jacket and hat and carrying a bag.
House to house inquiries have been carried out in the area and now police are urging anyone who hasn’t come forward to ring them.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information about the crime should call Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 536 of April 29.
