Licensing
The Licensing Act 2003 establishes a new regime for the licensing and control of the sale and supply of alcohol transferring responsibility for licensing premises from the Magistrates Court to local authorities.
The first appointed date was the 7 February 2005. From this date until the second appointed date of the 24th of November 2005 licensees will be able to transfer over from the justices licence to the new Licensing Authority licence.
All six licensing authorities in Gloucestershire have published their licensing policies.
